Tip of the Tongass - Spruce Tip Ale

Brewed with locally-harvested Spruce Tips, Tip of the Tongass embodies the local flavors of Ketchikan and the Tongass National Rainforest.

Every spring, the Bawden Street Community ventures out into the rainforest that surrounds Ketchikan to gather new growth from local spruce tips that are then used in the brewing of this summer neighborhood favorite for locals and visitors alike.

Beer Inspired by Locals

Newly on tap at BSBCo. is a session off of the Boss Triple IPA, called Like a Boss. Like the Boss Triple IPA, this IPA packs a hoppy punch that’s lovely on a crisp Ketchikan afternoon at 7% and 51 IBUs. This new addition to the BSBCo. line up is a hit with visitors and locals alike.
